John Ostrowski
Assistant Athletic Trainer

John Ostrowski is in his fourth year as an assistant athletic trainer at the College of the Holy Cross in 2008-2009. He works on a day-to-day basis as an athletic trainer for the Crusader football and men's ice hockey teams, in addition to providing support for a number of other varsity sports.

From 2003-2005, Ostrowski served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of Kentucky, working with the swimming and football teams. Ostrowski also served as an athletic trainer for the 2005 NCAA Championship in men's swimming. Prior to his time at Kentucky, he was a student athletic trainer at the University of Michigan, assisting with the track, football, tennis and ice hockey teams. In addition, Ostrowski was an intern with the Boston Red Sox in 2002.

A certified and licensed member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, Ostrowski received his bachelor's degree in athletic training from Michigan in 2003, and his master's degree in kinesiology and health promotion from Kentucky in 2005.
