JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the Head Coach, responsible for recruiting, training, motivating and coaching student athletes. Other duties as assigned. Must be committed to the academic success of student athletes and compliance with NCAA and Patriot League rules and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's degree required. Experience coaching college football and working with student athletes at the college level is preferred. Must have experience with and knowledge of NCAA rules.
