FOOTBALL GOLF OUTING & ALUMNI WEEKEND
Friday-Saturday, April 18-19, 2008
Worcester Country Club / Fitton Field
9:00 a.m. / 11:00 a.m.
The Holy Cross Football program will hold its annual golf outing at the Worcester Country Club on Friday, April 18 with a shotgun start beginning at 9:00 a.m. The cost is $250 ($200 for the classes of 2002-2007). Hole sponsorhips are also available. The alumni game will take place on Saturday, April 19, followed by a cookout in the Field House. Please contact LuAnn Hennessy at lhenness@holycross.edu if you would like to attend either the golf outing, alumni day or would like more information.

BASEBALL 30TH REUNION EVENT

The 1978 baseball team will hold a 30th reunion with a cookout and on field recognition at Fitton Field on Saturday, April 19 as the Crusaders take on Lafayette in a doubleheader beginning at 12 p.m. The team had the most wins in school history and will be honored for their achievements between games. COACHES' RECEPTION IN BOSTON

The Holy Cross Department of Athletics will hold a head coaches, alumni and friends reception at the law offices of Nixon Peabody, LLC located at 100 Summer Street in Boston from 5:30-7:30 PM on Thursday, April 24. Alumnus Tim Mungovan '91, a partner at the firm, has offered Nixon Peabody's conference room as a location for this event. Director of Athletics Dick Regan, Football Coach Tom Gilmore, Men's Soccer Coach Elvis Comrie and Women's Soccer Coach Deb Flaherty will be on hand to speak about their programs. FIELD HOCKEY ALUMNAE EVENT

The field hockey team will hold their annual alumnae day on Saturday, April 26 with an alumnae game and skills competition on the Hart Center turf at 1 p.m. Immediately following the game a cookout will be held at the field. The men's ice hockey team will hold their annual golf outing on Thursday, June 26 at Marlboro Country Club with a shotgum start beginning at 10 a.m. All proceeds will benefit the hockey program through the Crusader Athletics Fund.
