Before Holy Cross: Played four years as a defender on the varsity squad at Bergen Catholic where he set the school record for ground balls ... a two-year captain ... earned first team all-NNJIL honors as a junior and senior...received Honorable Mention all-state accolades as a senior ... was also named to the all-Bergen County first team as a junior and senior, as well as first team all-Gibbs honors as a junior and second team honors as a senior ... team won the NNJIL C Division Championship three times.
