2007-2008: Had season-best performances in the 50 free (23.14), 100 free (50.02) and 100 back (59.43) at the Patriot League Championships...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2006-2007: Swam personal-best times in the 50 free (22.53), 100 free (49.07), 200 free (1:49.88) and 400 IM (4:29.05) at the Patriot League Championships.

2005-2006: Had personal-best performances in the the 100 back (59.16) and 200 back (2:11.21) at the Patriot League Championships.

Before Holy Cross: Swam at Ames High School under Coach Flannery from 2001 to 2005...three time varsity letter winner...high school swim team was 49-0 and holds the school record for most victories...twice named team's most inspirational athlete...team captain...played tight end/defensive end on football team...defender on the soccer team.

Personal: Son of David and Jane Acker...has one brother and one sister...majoring in Political Science.
