Before Holy Cross: Four-year letter winner on the Fordham Prep swim team under Head Coach Dominick Galimi...swam the 100 breast, 200 IM, 200 free and 500 free...team captain senior season...member of the Badger Swim Club.

Personal: Son of Kenan and MaryEllen Boate...has one brother Chris, who attends Iona College...majoring in Economics with a Premed concentration.
