2007-2008: Named Holy Cross Most Improved Swimmer...swam personal-best times in the 100 fly (59.17), 200 fly (2:17.76) and 200 IM (2:19.81) at the Patriot League Championships.

2006-2007: Had season-best times in the 200 breast (2:38.54) and 100 fly (1:05.00) at the Harold Anderson Invitational.

2005-2006: Swam season-best times in the 100 fly (1:01.44), 200 fly (2:29.56) and 200 IM (2:21.48) at the Patriot League Championships.

Before Holy Cross: Swam the freestyle and butterfly at East Longmeadow under Coach Scott Raymond...won MIAA Student Recognition Award in 2005...receiver for the football team and attacker for the lacrosse team...football team was Suburban League Champions and Super Bowl runners-up in 2003 and Suburban League C-Champions in 2004...lacrosse team was PVIAC Tri-Champions in 2004.

Personal: Son of James M. and Celine C. Lasonde...father played football at American International College...has one brother...uncle, Brian Connell, played rugby at Holy Cross.
