Before Holy Cross : Four-year varsity member of the Xavieran Brothers H.S. swim team...named captain the 2006-07 season...won the coaches award for the 2006-07 season...placed third as sectionals and fifth overall at states during the 2005-07 season...placed first in the backstroke in the 200 medley relay in sectionals and second at states...also did club with the South Shore YMCA Strypers swim team...other accomplishments include: part of the National Team; swam at the University of Maryland in the YMCA Long Course National Championship during the summer of 2006.
