Wierzel & Sica Compete At ITA Regional Tournament

PRINCETON, N.J. - Matt Wierzel and Angelo Sica headed down to Princeton, N.J. this weekend to compete in the ITA Regional meet. In the first round of the singles competition, Wierzel would be defeated by St. John's Pavel Cerny. Sica and Wierzel would pair up in doubles to face off against Jeff Dawson and Josh Lederman of Yale, where they would be defeated 8-2 in the opening round. That ends the fall portion of the season for the men's tennis team. |
