2008: Finished 29th in the 800 at the New England Outdoor Championships (May 10) with a time of 2:03.71 ... placed 24th in the 800 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (May 3) with a time of 2:00.29 ... finished second in the 800 at Holy Cross (April 22) with a time of 1:56.49 ... placed eighth in the 800 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (Feb. 24) with a time of 1:55.69 ... broke the Holy Cross school record in the 500 with a time of 1:05.61 at the Valentine Invite (Feb. 8).

2007: Placed 17th in the 800 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (May 4-5) with a time of 1:57.39 ... ran a season-best time of 2:40.86 in the 1,000 at UNH (Jan. 20) ... ran a season-best time of 4:34.48 in the one mile at the Yale Invite (Jan. 13).

2006: Ran a season-best time of 1:59.69 in the 800 at the Reebok Indoor Games (Jan. 27) ... had a personal-best time of 4:25.38 in the 1,500 at the Northeastern Spring Open (March 25).

Before Holy Cross: Four-year varsity member of the St. Peter's Preparatory School track and field team ... served as team captain during his junior and senior years ... earned Most Valuable Runner and Most Improved Runner honors ... member of relay team which set school records in the 4x200, 4x800, 4x1-mile, distance medley and sprint medley.
