Before Holy Cross: Three-year varsity member of the Woburn Memorial HS track and field team...named captain his senior year...during indoor received the coaches award for 2006-2007...Middlesex League All-Star for 2006-2007...his team was state relay champions 2005-2006 and state runners up in 2006-2007...his best races where the two mile with a time of 10:11, one mile in 4:39, 1000m in 2:39 and 800m in 2:04...during outdoor he received the coaches award in 2007...Middlesex league All-Star 2007...his team was Middlesex League Champions 2007 and state relay runners up in 2007....state runners up in 2007...ran his best in the 2mile at 9:47, 1 mile at 4:31, 800m at 2:02:06 and 400m in 52.6...he was also a member of the cross country team were he received honors as most dedicated 2004-06 and MVP 2005...his best run for cross country was in 2006 where he ran the course in 16:26...he plans to double major in Political Science and English while at Holy Cross.
