2007: Finished 22nd in the 800 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (May 5) with a time of 1:58.23 ... placed seventh in the 800 at the Holy Cross Quad (April 21) with a time of 1:58.75.

2006: Ran a personal-best time of 4:22.46 in the 1,500 at the Northeastern Spring Open (March 25) ... had a season-best time of 2:02.62 in the 800 at Maine (Feb. 4).

Before Holy Cross: Varsity member of the cross country and track teams at Winnacunnet ... served as team captain during his junior and senior years ... also a member of the hockey team for three years, serving as team captain as a senior ... earned team MVP honors.
