2007: Ran a season-best 16:35.69 in the 5,000 at the UMass-5 Way (March 31) ... had a season-best performance in the 10,000 with a time of 34:36.73 at the Northeastern Spring Open (March 24) ... ran a personal-best time of 9:39.75 in the 3,000 at the Yale Invite (Jan. 13).

2006: Ran a season-best time of 10:00.60 in the 3,000 at UNH (Jan. 21) ... had a season-best performance in the 5,000 with a time of 16:57.65 at the Brown Springtime Invite (April 30).

Before Holy Cross: Varsity member of the cross country and track teams at Regis H.S. under head coach John Donodeo ... named team captain as a senior ... team qualified for state championship in 2005 ... named team MVP in 2002, 2003 and 2005 ... won the Coach's Award in 2004 ... earned the Varsity A Top Time Award in 2005 ... wrote for the school newspaper and sports publication.
