Before Holy Cross : Member of the 2004-05 varsity team at Saint Anthony's H.S...co-captain in 2004...received all-league honors in 2004...honored by the Newsday as a student-athlete in 2005...his JV team went undefeated and were league champions in 2003...2nd place NSCHSAA champs in 2004...3rd place varsity team CHSAA Intersectional Champs 2004...ran a 17:25 in the 5k at Brown Invitational and 18:15 at Sunken Meadow State Park...his PR running 2.5 miles is 13:55...a member of the indoor/outdoor track team.....in indoor PR in the 1600 running 4:52 and PR in the 800 running 2:10...in outdoor ran the 1600 in 4:47 and the 800 in 2:04...was Valedictorian 2005...ranked 1/510 students.
