Before Holy Cross: Three-year varsity member of the Woburn Memorial H.S. cross country team...was named captain his senior year...Most Dedicated award his sophomore and senior year...received the MVP award his junior year...ran the 5k in 17:01 minutes...ran the 3mile in 16:08minutes...was a league champion his senior year...named the Middlesex League all-star both his junior and senior year...also a member of the indoor track team where he received the Most Dedicated award in sophomore and senior year and MVP his junior year and help set the 4x 1 mile relay record with a team time of 18:54...apart of outdoor track were he help set the 4x400m relay record running 3:21.
