The 6-1 senior forward has always embodied what being on the Holy Cross women's basketball team means: passion, determination, and always protecting the tradition that is Crusader women's basketball. From the beginning of her career as a freshman, McLaughlin was a key element in the Crusader success. During her first year with Holy Cross, she was named to the All-Patriot Rookie Team after appearing in 31 games and making 11 starts. The schools have met six times in the Patriot League Tournament, with the Crusaders sweeping the all-time series, 6-0.
