Brian Wilson is now in his sixth season as a member of the Holy Cross coaching staff. Wilson serves as the team's recruiting coordinator and assists with game/practice preparation.

Wilson came to Holy Cross after serving as a graduate assistant at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky in 2001. He was primarily involved with recruiting, practice plans, and player skill development. During his time at Western Kentucky, the Hilltoppers participated in the WNIT and NCAA Tournament.

Following graduation in the summer of 2000, Wilson became an intern assistant coach for both the men's and women's basketball teams at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts. He helped the Ephs to a 21-7 record and the East Coast Athletic Conference Championship.

Wilson received a master's degree from Western Kentucky in 2005. He earned a degree in History from the University of Virginia in 2000.

Wilson and his wife, Katie, reside in New Hampshire.
