Holy Cross In Seventh Place At Big South Championship

NINETY SIX, S.C. - The Holy Cross women's golf team stands in seventh place after day two of the three-day Big South Conference Championship, which is being held at the Patriot Golf Club in Ninety Six, S.C. The Crusaders finished the day with a total score of 355 and now have a two-day score of 713. Charleston Southern currently leads the event with a score of 621 through the second day.

Senior Amy Lussier (Milton, Mass.) led the Crusaders with a round of 83 and is currently in 20th place. Freshman Meghan Doherty (Westerly, R.I.) had the second best round for the Crusaders with an 87 and is tied for 28th place with a 173. Olivia Higgins of Charleston Southern is in first place with a two-day score of 149.

The competition concludes on Wednesday.
