         <description><![CDATA[Senior attacker Amy Archambault (West Hartford, Conn.) from the women's lacrosse team is the recipient of the 2007-2008 John A. Meegan Athletic Achievement Award. The award was presented at the 53rd annual Holy Cross Varsity Club dinner, held at the Hogan Campus Center on Satruday, May 3.A two-time All-Patriot League selection and the 2005 Patriot League Rookie of the Year, Archambault led the Crusaders to a pair of Patriot League championships and the first two NCAA Tournament appearances in school history in 2006 and 2007. She totaled 95 goals and 34 assists for 129 points over the course of her Holy Cross career.]]></description>

These teams posted multi-year APR scores in the top 10 percent of all squads in their respective sports. The public recognition awards are part of the broad Division I academic reform effort. This is the second straight year that Bolduc has earned first team honors, while she was named to the second team as a sophomore. This season as a tri-captain, Bolduc led the team with 38 goals and 46 points, while she was third on the team in assists with eight. In the 13-11 win over Vermont on March 19, Martin made a career best 15 saves, while she made eight saves and allowed only four goals in the 16-6 victory over Bucknell on March 22.
