Emma Kurowski is in her third season as an assistant women's soccer coach for the Crusaders. She came to Holy Cross after spending the previous five years as a freelance production coordinator, talent coordinator and field producer for ESPN, ABC Sports, the NBA, the WNBA, the X Games and the Jimmy V. Celebrity Golf Tournament.

A 2001 graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, Kurowski was a four-year letterwinner for the Minutewomen, while having one of the greatest careers in the program's history. She totaled 124 career points on 47 goals and 30 assists, and currently ranks first all-time in goals and second in points at UMass. Kurowski was named the 1999 Atlantic 10 Player of the Year and the 1996 Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year. She was also a member of both the All-Atlantic 10 first team and the Atlantic 10 Academic Honor Roll for all four years of her career.

Kurowski led the Minutewomen two NCAA Tournament Appearances (1996 & 1997), an NCAA Sweet 16 Appearance (1996) and an Atlantic 10 Championship (1997).
