Women's Soccer Places Eight On Academic Honor Roll

WORCESTER, Mass. - Eight members of the Holy Cross women's soccer team have been selected to the 2007 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league office, including seniors Alison Peters (Bolton, Mass.) and Jessica Pietrowicz (Worcester, Mass.).

Other Holy Cross players named to the honor roll were junior Casey Boland (Langhorne, Pa.), junior Tracy Koval (Syracuse, N.Y.), sophomore Sarah Gouveia (East Greenwich, R.I.), freshman Jenna Campagna (Berlin, Conn.), freshman Kaitlyn Friday (Southborough, Mass.) and freshman Christine Moran (Rindge, N.H.).

Jessica Pietrowicz has earned a spot on the honor roll in all four seasons.


A total of 89 student-athletes from women's soccer teams around the league were named to the honor roll. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the fall semester and be awarded a varsity letter in one of the seven League-sponsored fall championship sports.
