In addition to his coaching duties, Lucas has served as a History teacher at Tantasqua Regional High School since 1992. Lucas and his wife Lydia reside in Brookfield, Mass. They have four sons; Alex, Patrick, Reilly and Michael; and one daughter Kelsie.
