KINGSTON, R.I. - The women's tennis team travelled to Rhode Island on October 17, to compete in a match that was rescheduled from last week do to rain. Holy Cross did not fare well, dropping the match 7-0. The closest match of the day would be played in No. 1 doubles where sophomore Kristen Meahl (Falmouth, Maine) and sophomore Meg Moran (Concord, N.H.) would team up to take on Nyssa Peele and Grace Hedstrom of URI, with the team from Rhode Island pulling out a 9-8 victory.

The fall portion of the Crusaders schedule is now complete.
