CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - The Holy Cross women's tennis team has been picked to finish sixth in the 2008 Patriot League preseason poll as voted on by head coaches and sports information directors from around the league. Army was picked to finish first as it earned 9 of 12 first place votes and 49 total points. Bucknell had two first place votes and 40 total points as it was picked to finish second, followed by Colgate with one first place vote and 35 total points, Lehigh (27 total points), Lafayette (17 total points) and Holy Cross (12 total points).

The Crusaders are set to kick off the 2008 season when they travel to Albany, N.Y. on February 2, at 9:30 a.m.
