2008: Finished 18th in the 3,000 meter steeple chase at the New England Outdoor Championships (May 9-10) with a time of 12:22.54...took 12th in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (May 2-3) with a time of 12:03.49...broke the 3,000 meter steeplechase school record at Brown (April 27) with a time of 11:31.16...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2007: Finished 23rd in the 3,000 meter run at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (Feb. 16) with a time of 11:03.63...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross: Member of the cross country and track teams at Bethlehem Central...served as captain of both teams as a senior...earned All-American honors in the 4x one mile relay...earned Most Improved Runner honors in track in 2005...received Most Valuable Freshman honors in cross country...member of National Honor Society.
