DURHAM, N.H. - The Holy Cross volleyball team fell to New Hampshire, 3-0, by scores of 30-13, 30-18 and 30-17 on Friday night at the Wildcat Invitational. With the loss, the Crusaders fall to 3-9 overall, while the Wildcats improve to 7-4 overall.

Junior libero Molly Anderson (Weston, Conn.) had a strong match defensively with 17 digs, while freshman setter Chelsey O'Donnell (Pittsburgh, Pa.) recorded 19 assists. Senior Meagan Merinder (Andover, Mass.) and sophomore Samantha Surface (Fresno, Calif.) each had six kills to lead the Crusaders.

The Wildcats were led by Emmy Blouin and Jessica Compton who each had eight kills, while Kate Uitti had 34 assists and Alyse Lahti had 10 digs.

The Crusaders will conclude play at the Wildcat Invitational with two matches on Saturday. Holy Cross will meet Southern Methodist at 10:00 a.m. and Syracuse at 4:30 p.m.
