2007 Schedule

WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross athletic director Richard M. Regan, Jr., and head coach Jim Kavanagh have announced the 2007 schedule for the Crusader men's and women's cross country teams. Holy Cross is currently scheduled to take part in 11 meets this season.

The Crusaders will open the season on Sept. 1 at the Central Connecticut State Blue Devil Invitational, before taking part in the Fordham Invitational on Sept. 8. Holy Cross will travel to Notre Dame, Ind., for the National Catholic Championship on Sept. 14, while other members of the team will take part in the Fitchburg Invitational on that same day. The month of September concludes with the Murray Keatinge Invitational in Orono, Maine, on Sept. 29.

The New England Championship will be held in Boston, Mass., on Oct. 6, followed by the Pre-National Invitational in Terre Haute, Ind., on Oct. 13. The Crusaders will then take part in the Central Connecticut State Mini Meet on Oct. 20.

The Patriot League Championship comes next, on Oct. 27 in Easton, Pa. Holy Cross will also take part in the NCAA Northeast Regional on Nov. 10 in Boston, Mass., and the IC4A and ECAC Championships on Nov. 17 in the Bronx, N.Y.
