Center Valley, Pa. - The 2007 Patriot League polls, voted on by the cross country coaches and information directors are in. Holy Cross men and women's cross country teams have both been selected to finish 8th in the 2007 seasons polls. Women's cross country polls picked Bucknell to finish first with 13 first place votes(96 points) while Navy followed with 2 votes (73 points), Colgate (69 points), Lehigh (1 vote and 65 points), Army (57 points), American (40 points), Lafayette (34 points), and Holy Cross( 14 points).

On the men's side American was voted to finish first with 13 first place votes (97 points) followed in second by Navy with 3 votes (86 points), Army (67 points), Bucknell (67 points), Lehigh (51 points), Colgate (34 points), Lafayette (30 points), and Holy Cross (20 points).

The men's and women's cross country team will start off this seasons events with its first meet set for Saturday Sept 1st at Central Connecticut starting at 11am.
