WORCESTER, Mass. - Junior Caitlin Paluilis (Pittsfield, Mass.) has been named the GoHolyCross.com Crusader of the Week, for competition from October 22-28. Paluilis led the Holy Cross women's cross country team to a seventh place finish at the Patriot League Championship, held in Easton, Pa.

At the Patriot League Championship, Paluilis was the top finisher for the Crusaders, coming in 10th place overall in a time of 21:54.10. She had the best individual finish by a Holy Cross runner in the conference championship meet since Katie LeClaire placed ninth in 1998. For her performance in the meet, Paluilis was named second team All-Patriot League.

On the year, Paluilis has been the Crusaders' top finisher in all four meets in which she has competed.

The Crusaders return to action on Saturday, November 10, when they take part in the NCAA Northeast Regional in Boston, Mass.
